REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Healer of the Ages, we strive to ensure that every customer receives their order in perfect condition. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order on www.healeroftheages717.com.

By placing an order on our Website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Customers may request cancellation of an order only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched from our facility.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by emailing us at:

If the order has not been processed or shipped, a cancellation may be approved at our sole discretion and the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.


After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, dispatched, or handed over to a logistics partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

No cancellation requests shall be entertained after dispatch.


2. No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, including crystals, gemstones, spiritual products, and healing items, we maintain a strict No Return Policy.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Product expectations
  • Energy, spiritual, or metaphysical expectations
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Delayed delivery caused by courier partners
  • Minor variations in size, shape, color, texture, inclusions, or natural appearance of crystals and gemstones

All sales are considered final unless covered under the replacement conditions mentioned below.


3. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

A. Wrong Product Received

If a customer receives a product different from what was ordered.

B. Damaged Product Received

If the product is physically damaged during transit.

No other replacement requests shall be accepted.


4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a replacement claim, customers must provide:

  • A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video
  • Video must start before opening the package
  • Shipping label must be clearly visible
  • Entire package opening process must be recorded continuously
  • Product damage or incorrect item must be clearly visible in the video

The unboxing video serves as mandatory proof for any replacement request.

Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may be rejected.

Photos alone may not be considered sufficient evidence.


5. Time Limit for Reporting Issues

Customers must report damaged or incorrect products within:

48 hours of delivery

Requests submitted after 48 hours from the delivery date may not be eligible for replacement.


6. How to Request a Replacement

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Clear Unboxing Video
  • Photos of Product (if requested)
  • Description of Issue

Our team will review the claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe.


7. Replacement Approval Process

Upon verification of the claim:

  • A replacement product may be shipped.
  • If the same product is unavailable, an equivalent replacement may be offered.
  • In exceptional situations where replacement is not possible, the Company reserves the right to provide store credit or a refund at its sole discretion.

Approval of replacement requests remains subject to verification by our support team.


8. Refund Policy

Since all orders are prepaid and we maintain a No Return Policy, refunds are generally not applicable.

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Order cancelled before shipment and approved by the Company
  • Product unavailable after payment
  • Duplicate payment received
  • Other exceptional circumstances approved by the Company

Any approved refund shall be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.


9. Refund Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds may take:

5-10 business days

to reflect in the customer’s bank account, card account, UPI account, or original payment source, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.


10. Natural Characteristics of Crystals & Gemstones

Customers acknowledge that crystals, gemstones, and natural stones are unique products.

Variations may occur in:

  • Color
  • Shape
  • Size
  • Weight
  • Surface texture
  • Natural inclusions
  • Internal patterns

Such natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacement or refund.


11. Refusal of Fraudulent Claims

Healer of the Ages reserves the right to reject any claim that appears:

  • Fraudulent
  • Misleading
  • Manipulated
  • Unsupported by required evidence

The Company’s decision regarding such claims shall be final.


12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall be limited solely to the purchase value of the product concerned.

Under no circumstances shall Healer of the Ages be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, spiritual, emotional, financial, or perceived losses arising from the use of our products.
